Come out come out...

Come out where ever you are ..... :)

With Spring underway here in zone 7b, I've got little sprouts of perennials all over my beds. Irises and daylilies a couple inches tall, sedum about the same. Today, I found my rudbeckia has some ittie bittie baby sprouts, centimeters long, but looking good.

Does anybody know where my herbs went? Sure, I've got some oregano, parsley, and garlic chives, but those never really went dormant through the winter. I have a bee balm, and some yarrow, too. But who took my rosemary? And those two gorgeous lavender plants I had ....

Shucks ... Does anyone know when I might expect to see some of my herbs pop back up?

TIA,
-Jennifer

my french tarragon is now about 6" high and rosemary is evergreen so it should be there..(perhaps it was not a hardy?)

my lavendars, I think I lost this year.. and thyme, hyssops, nepetas, mints and oregano are all starting to green up.

My garden is in containers of one sort or another..apartment dweller for the time being..

rosemary is supposed to be an evergreen, isnt it?

if yours doesnt come back, and you would want some, i've got a few rooted cuttings i could send you...
and i can root more
it's super easy :)

miss_kitty, I'll email you... so far, it's a couple short sticks in the ground.. no signs of any life ... it's really weird.
