Oh no - my canna bulbs all froze

I went to the shed to get some tools out today and sadly found all of my canna's were left in there my mistake - they are all mushy. What a terrible loss. I had about 3 gals of bulbs. I'm just sick.

Was it you that sent me the cannas 2 years ago? I think it was. They are tall, dark foliage and red flowers. I have a picture on here somewhere. I kept mine in the basement. I haven't checked them recently but they should be fine. I will share some with you if you want. I love em :)

Kathy I am so sorry I did the same thing with dahlias a couple years ago but didn't have nearly as many as you had.
I don't have any cannas but I have a lot of other things I could send you.

Kathy, I have red & salmon colored canna's that I dug this past week. If you would like some,I'll be happy to share.I have been giving them to friends & neighbors, but still have about 3 bushel baskets full.LMK, Melba

Email me about planting time for you and I'll send an assortment. Unfortunately they may not be labels as I wasn't the one who dug them last year and put them in the basement. Fortunately canna rhizomes aren't that expensive either so you may prefer to just buy the ones you want again.
