my dw and i, at age 60 are about to imbark on a new career. lol
it seems the 5 ounce mozzarella filled rice balls we make have found a home in a few businesses here. one is a place called adams fairacre farms and is a large nursery as well as a meat and produce market and everything else. we are quite excited.
if we get the re-orders we hope to then we will look into making another kitchen in our basement as board of health says thats what we have to do.
