I may never even try to grow HG again. This Double Peach was so nice. It got tall and had big blooms and the smell was great. I hope that I'll be able to give some cuttings away this fall.
I love this brug...
This is very pretty! In my opinion, it is better than HG
A real beauty. I'll bet a very good friend gave it to you?

It's BEAUTIFUL!!
Bonnie
Very pretty. I'd still like to see that gorgeous red-orange double HG is bloom someday... can't compare, both are great!
The double peach does bloom, my HG never has bloomed.
I got one bloom from HG the second year. Yes, a good friend gave me the double peach brug. Thanks my friend. By the way, the double peach roots like a dream.
Shirley that's really pretty.
I know........have a bunch started.
Edited because I am typing faster than my brain is thinking, sorry.

Gotta love those doubles, Shirley.
A very good friend gave me HG & DB Peach. I can't wait for the blooms so I can compare them side by side.
God willin' & the creek don't rise.....lol

Good luck Steel Datura. That HG is a fussy one, but Liz and Brugcrazy got some blooms from theirs and I think MaryinLA had some great blooms too. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
I'm standing in line, Shirley. LOL
Amazing ........... just beautiful!
It sure is a beauty Shirley! Me Me Me!! LOL
Are you singing Liz? The ME ME ME made me think you were warming up. LOL!
Thanks everyone. If you get a chance to get this brug, it really will please you, I'm sure.
Oh one you do not have Miss Lizzy? LOL. Seems I recently saw a pink to kill for that you posted. I am still drooling over that one. I would like to see this one next to the double orange you grew out last year Liz. As I recall yours had a lighter outer bloom and a darker inside. Am I right?
Double Peach is one that I can't remember seeing many pics of on here. Anyone else have any pics of this one to post? I would love to see them!
I wonder who that good friend would be, Gloria that shared this one with Brugie? LOL
Wow! She says jumping up and down I can't wait! Yipee...
Tracey, I love watching you jump up and down. Be careful though....you might hurt something again. LOL!!
Beats me Kell?
Liz, if you can sneak through the "border", come on down to Ohio, will trade mine for some of yours!
That is "drop dead gorgeous."
All clear no heaters behind me.
All right!! I was worried about where you might be doing the jumping. LOL!!
Thanks Linda. It really is much prettier in person and just smelling it is worth it all.
That is a beauty Shirley. I have an HG from Susie, maybe I will get lucky and see a bloom.
Liz, who is that? Very pretty. I need a good double yellow now. LOL!! A double pink would be nice too.
Deb, I hope you have good luck with your HG. If mine doesn't do more this summer, I'm getting rid of it. It takes up too much room for something that doesn't perform.
Wow to all these pictures,Shirley DP was in bloom when I was there,if my ole memory serves me.
We do have a nice one, don't we?
Ok people, I think we all agree that we should go over to Lizs' place, stand under that gorgeous pink and wait for it to bloom.
I'm afraid if I go to Lizs' I will not be able to get back,so I'm staying!!
That is beautiful Brugie.. A
Root, if you go, stop and pick me up. I wouldn't mind staying up there. LOL!!
Thanks Antoinette.
Shirley, I remember you posting this picture before. It is a gorgeous flower and to think that it smells wonderful. I agree that it out performs HG and is even prettier.
Liz your double yellow is such a pretty clear yellow. Isn't this a cross of yours? Tell us if that sweetie smells good.
That's beautiful Shirley. Mine is still really small, but it will grow fast I'm sure.
WOW Shirley, that second picture just jumps right out at you. I do not think I have seen that one before.
OH Liz....... what is my problem! Of course yours is yellow. I love the white hilights. Does that turn yellow also with maturity?
Lust!
Thanks Everyone. Susie, mine was a tall one, but I can't say it got there fast. The cutting took about a year to bloom. I treated it like all the others and by the way, it loved full sun, but it sure was slow at getting those first buds.
Another beautiful picture, Shirley. Keep them coming.
Brugnanny, it's Peach Chiffon, a Monika hybrid. It grew to about 13ft in one season from seed. It's HUGE and it smells like heaven.
