Fayette, MO(Zone 6a)

Hello everyone,
Been busy with my greenhouse. Finally have it up. Still have little pieces to work on , but basically it's up and I couldn't wait to put stuff in it last evening. I filled flats with seeds at my kitchen table and took them out to the little greenhouse. Lots of rooted starts that usually stay in my kitchen window until spring got potted up and put out there. Funny how it seemed like I had so many seeds, but when they go into the flats I didn't have as many as I thought. I especially want plenty of tomato plants to share with everyone. Guess I'll have to make another run to the store today. Lots of seeds out at Lowe's yesterday, but I swore I would plant what I had first , before buying more.
My friend brought back my lamb yesterday. He got lots and lots of attention at school. I think he should enjoy the peace and quiet of the farm now.
I need to go feed my lamb and then see if I can find the ponies. May run to get my Granddaughter today. She thinks she is quite the horselady now.
My next big project here is to get some building ready for chickens. My old little chicken house wasn't tight enough to keep out raccoons , so no more poultry until I get something worked out. The old smoke house is right by the house , has a concrete floor and tight walls. I have lots and lots of stuff in there, being the world's craziest pack rat. So it will take me a while to go through everything.
Have a great day
