why are the flowers comming out before the leaves... this isnt normal is it? my moms i planted has leave out before the flowers... please help! (=

I wonder if our strange weather this year has something to do with this. I have had several things come up flower first. My puschkinia are a whopping 3" tall, including leaves and they have very few leaves. I had anenomes with no leaves at all. The glads are 6 feet tall though!
