(you can also use salmon or halibut)
Marinade:
3-4 cloves crushed or minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon fresh, chopped Cilantro
1/2 Tablespoon Oregano
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Lime juice from two limes
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
Pepper to taste (recipe says lots)
Marinade fish in it for an hour plus.
Grill to medium rare or medium (I think this was the author's preference as well)
Serve with white rice and a vegetable.
We tried this last summer and loved it. It's easy and something different to BBQ.
