question about Telopea speciosissima

Horn, Netherlands(Zone 8b)

I 've planted out a seedling last fall. I 've forgotten her...so it was without any protection. So guess what...it has survived our winter with frosts to -6C. How much can it take and will it go to flower ? Anyone knows ? Thanks!

Thanks MaVieRose...she's sure beautifull. I hope she 'll flower in my climate.. I 've read it can withstand some frosts. It stands on a sunny sheltered position. Ooooh ...I'll cross my fingers it 'll flower and maybe by then I have some seeds to share with you.
