Anyone? And how can you preserve them? Someone told me St. Johns Wort. But aren't there more?

" Herbs should be bitter, pungent and toxin clearing such as dandelion, burdock, yellow dock and red clover. Formulating a tonic of these herbs is an excellent way to take them every day. Below are herbs listed by action to assist you in selecting herbs best for your situation.

maybe I'm just TCM biased but I'd have to push towards watching the diet moreso than looking for an herbal cure right off the bat.

Cayenne (and many other hot peppers) inflames many joints...
certain people have allergies (diary comes to mind) that causes painful stiffness in the joints.

Drew, a friend of mine is trying to make a "lotion" that helps arthritis. I am trying to gather information on herbs for him.
