Recipe suggestions for a bake-off

My workplace is having a bake-off to raise money for charity. The people who want to judge have to pay! lol

I wanted to see if anyone could suggest some neat baking recipes for me to try. I figured I would have more luck with recipes suggested here then blindly looking around the internet.

And I promise if what I make is judged the best I will share the bragging rights!
