Hi everyone - hope everyone is doing well. I'm back to within a pound of my pre-Christmas weight. Oddly enough, while I am not as toned, I must be losing the fat elsewhere because the body fat monitor has me at the same percentage. So, if I can finally get to the gym, I should be able to trade fat for muscle mass.
Same eating approach - trying to stay low carb. Salads - tuna or turkey and a green salad at lunch. No caffeine.
A bit concerned about my trip to NM - I want to be able to diet better there. Ahaaa, wording it a more positively than "I always do poorly" - need to keep it positive. Fortunately, I am only there for 3 1/2 days.
Out of town trip tomorrow to Connecticut - and I want to find more diet friendly ways to eat during those days, especially when they have catered lunches. OK - enough of the positive.
