I put a really full brug out on porch to get some sun..and this wonderful temp we've been having. The wind picked up and shredded all the leaves, will it come back? When can I put them out in Georgia?

Brugs are like any other plant when moving from inside to outside. They need to be protected and also trimmed a little from what I read someplace. I did the same thing last year, so don't feel bad. The leaves will be back before you know it. Just be sure that you "harden" your plants off before taking them out and into the sun. I think just to be safe, when the night temps stay at 45 or 50 degrees, all brugs can handle being outside. Most can take lower temps into the thirties, but the versicolors suffer when there are steady low temps. Maybe warm in the day and cool at night wouldn't hurt them to bad. It's just that steady cool that is a problem. Well, I've just repeated myself, so I think I'll go get a cup of coffee. Have a great day.
lol Brugie! I think this is great info, and if some are like me, it takes me reading it a few times to totally sink in anyway, so you just saved me from reading it again. :o)
I knew that my old age problem of repeating would come in handy sometime Shelly. Thanks.
