Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

Good morning all,
I am sitting here with the windows open listening to a Mocking Bird edge on spring. It is a glorious morning here. The trees are all putting out new leaves and the blackberry vines are starting to flower. I just love this time of year!

My geese and ducks are laying eggs. I don't think my goose eggs are fertile, so I will pick them up as she lays and use them for crafts. We are enlarging our chicken coop today, I will be getting some more chicks in about 3 weeks. I need some more egg layers, my layers are getting old and I am not getting as much eggs as I used to get. I will most likely order some meat chickens as well. I have several people wanting to buy some free rangers from me.

I tilled up some of my winter garden yesterday. I was hoping to finish it today, but it looks like a rain shower came through here during the night. So now I will have to wait. I have some tomato plants that will go in the ground on friday.

Yall have a great day!
