Other than health food store you can go to ----WALMART!! That's right, I found it in vaccum sealed 1# packages in the vitamin/mineral/supplement section. They also have 1000mg. flax seed oil capsules. Horsepill size but I manage.
I must admit that I have had much less pain since starting to use the freshly ground seed with cottage cheese and fruit in the mornings for breakfast and take a capsule at bedtime. I would much rather do that than take Vioxx, etc. all the time. My employers say they might be interested in doing it too.
