ice cream bonboms

you know those little balls of icecream that are covered with a thick chocolate. its sold alot in movie houses. does anyone know how to make them. i've been trying for a while but i can't get the chocolate to stick to the icecream without the icecream melting. i tried cooling down the chocolate but then it got to thick. if anyone knows how to do this please post it. thanks
