This plant sometimes makes a tuber/tubers. I always begin to water them in September. They wake up in October and gradually continue growing, at last begin to flower in February or March next year. I live in Japan(USDA zone;9b).
These flowers are not only beautiful but also wonderful smell. (a few days later from blooming) Something like "Sweet Violet".
