My wonderful Tori dog died today. Yesterday she collapsed suddenly. I rushed her to the emergency vet and after doing all they could, said she had a stroke. We went to see her today and although she was blind and couldn't move anything but her head she was happy to hear my husband and me. We loved on her and said goodbye. The vet put her to sleep at our request.
She was my first greyhound and only 7 years old. I miss her terribly.
