I made this off the top of my head, and I adlib all the time, but here it is, for the most part:
4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cut in halves
3 regular sized cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
2 inches cut of Velveeta Cheese, shredded
1 cup shredded SHARP Cheddar cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbls. lemon juice
1 tsp Cavanders Greek Seasoning (if you have it - good stuff)
1 large package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed in calandar with cold water.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash chicken & cut in half and place in bottom of large casserole dish (that has a lid).
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the top. Cover.
Bake for 1 hour
Serve with stuffing or rice pilaf
