I'll start - I'm up 0.4 pounds. Feeling very discouraged. What I thought was a comfortable sensible diet has NOT been working. Ironically, what seemed to be a good, heathy diet is keeping me stable and not losing or gaining. What this tells me is I need to find SOME way to lose this weight, at any cost. Just feeling very angry at myself for doing the right stuff and still feeling like a failure.
Looks like when I get back it will be time to diet much more radically, do that for a period of time and take a break and do some stable maintenance, like I'm doing now. this was supposed to be the diet, but now I know what maintenance is. If I ever reach my goal, it won't be doing what I'm doing - but, I can follow my current approach after I reach my goal.
Sorry, just very discouraging to be eating very well, drinking lots of water, abstaining from caffeine, not snacking and not losing.
Doing the right thing sure isn't working - something has to give. Not a good way to start the day. I do hope everyone else is doing better.
