:) I lived in west texas as a child, and I only saw one snow---and I dont think any of us owned gloves so all the kids in the neighborhood made snowballs with socks on their hands. congrats,--have some cocoa and sit by a window with some garden catalogs....cheryl

Actually, its very pretty outside. We have about 4 inches on the ground now, to continue till this afternoon. Its perfect snowman snow...wet and ready to pack. When the snow falls like this has, its gives an almost mystical feeling..its quiet and calm and peaceful.

San Antonio, TX(Zone 9a)

The weather has changed the past few years. I grew up in Ft. Worth, and up until a few years ago it always snowed there several times a Winter. Now you hardly ever hear of it snowing. Of course, here in San Antonio it has snowed only once in the past 20 yrs.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

No snow here but it was chilly for a while around dawn. It was 40*! Our coldest weather is supposed to be in January, someone forgot to tell Mother Nature that it's Feb!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

No snow for me . . not even a frost, even though I sure was hoping for it. I love it when it snows although it is only about every 15-20 years that we get it. It was back in 1972 that we got about 5" and it was wonderful. Other times it has only been maybe a inch or two or just some little flurries.

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

All I can see is a decent Wisconsin FROST.... lol

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)
