Does anyone know if you have to change Peanut Butter Cookie recipes if you use natural peanut butter?

My favorite is Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chips; but, I can never find them.

I only have natural peanut butter. No sugar, hydrogenated fats, or other additives.

Can I make cookies with it, or do I need to go buy some skippy?
