Ingredients
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten
1/2 c. whole milk or half and half
butter
Procedure
Mix together, gluten and milk. Beat in eggs. Melt a small amount of butter to a skillet over medium-low heat. Add only enough batter to cover the bottom of pan. Cook until dry on top, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and fill with desired ingredients.
Makes about 6 small dessert crepes or 3 large.
