Morning all, I had a very bad eating day yesterday but have at least been able to maintain exercise. The eating will be bad today too as dd and I are going out for dinner. I'll try and restrain myself from bad food between now and then.

Another thing I've noticed with regular exercise, the hot flashes have gone away. Could be the better choices of food too - well, except for yesterday which I'm going to write down in red to remind me how BAD I was :-(
