Can someone help me? I had this cookie last night at the chocolate extravaganza. An Italian bakery made the cookie. I can't remember the name of the cookie or the bakery. The cookie was very almond tasting. It was full of chopped almonds and I could taste the almond extract. It was very mild and not too sweet. It was also crunchy and yet somewhat chewy. I want to make these, but don't know the name. Can anyone ID this for me? (It wasn't biscotti)
