Great idea to require delivery confirmation on the robin! It's bound to make for less stress, and keep the PO on their toes.

Hi Janet, posted on the vine seed robin, I got this herb robin today (I did not sign up for the Herb robin), just wanted to tell you that I will mail it out on Monday to the next person who is Sheran..

It started off with 13 packs, I took one pack and added 7 packs so there should be a total of 19 packs in this robin.. and hopefully increases as it goes.. have fun..
the #2 robin flew in today!
i'm gonna sort through it and get it back out monday hopefully
i've already got all but one of these types of seed, so i'm just going to throw some extras in there too..
some of the packets sprung leaks on their voyage, so i'm going to make new packets and everything before sending the robin on it's way to florida :)
i only took one packet.. and added 6 of my own.. and a zippy bag to put all the packets in.. incase of further leakage all the seeds will be trapped in the little baggy instead of falling all over the envelope
it had 14 when it got here.. so it's now 19 packets strong :)

I haven't seen #1 yet. I think that I was next in line and Sheran mailed it on the 19th. We are only 1 state away from each other so it should be here by now. Did it get sent somewhere else?

Herb robin #1 landed at my house today. I will try to get it out again today and will update this post when I do.

I took 8 packets and replaced with 9 packets. Plus I transferred it to a large padded envelope. I was also able to make it to the P.O. just before they closed so here is the delivery confirmation# 0303 0130 0001 6970 4393
It should arrive at its next destination by tomorrow or Saturday because it is only traveling about 3 hours away from me.

I just noticed above that Gardenermaid, from MI, is supposed to be after me but the next address label was for someone in Philomath, Oregon which is only 3 hours away from me. Oh... I hope this wasn't a mixup. I just used the next label.

Well... I checked the usps.gov site and found out that Herb RR#1 was delivered yesterday in Philomath. I hope that is where it was supposed to go.

I see the robin is heading for Michigan,and after that visit, I'm next on the route,so I'll be watching for the bird.
The robin landed today and is now heading for Dearborn Michigan. The bird will find it rough going since it is windy and snowing again! I was so happy to find 3 of the herbs that I needed and replaced them with 3 sort of unusual ones. Thanks .

Got RR 2 on Tuesday the 23rd and it went out this morning

Took out 5 and added 8 different ones, so it left here with 30 pks of seed :o)
The Robin landed yesterday and I finally got a chance to peek inside today. Didn't find anything I didn't already have, so I'm sending it along to the next one on the list ... in Georgia!
