Anne Willan founded La Varenne, the famous French Cooking School, in 1975 and directs
its culinary programs at the Château du Feÿ in Burgundy, France and at The Greenbrier Hotel, White Sulphur Springs, WV. The Greenbrier Hotel is among the top ten in the world. I have attend the cooking classes at the Greenbrier on two different occassions. What an experience! New Classes have been scheduled for the Spring. Be sure to check the Recipe Archive for some great recipes. Enjoy!
