we have had some snow. Yesterday it was very mild.I had my first gardening day: I cleaned the GH,mixed some soil for repotting.
We are supposed for snow again but I enjoyed to feel the dirt in my hands:-)
Some days ago
I like your bonsai (o:
I want ducks!! DH would go gaga over the black ones. LOL Ludger, I know the feeling with the dirt. Yesterday I found an amarilas bulb I totally forgot about, Ive had it in a bag for like two years,its smaller than it used to be of course but I found fleshy growth under all the dead and planted it last night in hopes I didnt kill it.
I will keep my fingers crossed for your amarilas bulb:-)
Love your pictures Ludger.
.......... You made me think about adding some evergreen trees or shrubs here and there so something still looks nice under the snow. I'll check out faster growing specimens and maybe something that will grow wide for more shade loving plants .... more plants! ... more plants! ...I gotta be nutz!
;-}

Wonderful pictures Ludger, I miss the snow and will be glad to see it again. I even miss the cold and the sight of smoke trailing from chimneys.........sigh....

Cool ducks Ludger!
Are they yours or are they wild ones?
I'm so glad we never get snow here. I got enough of it growing up in Sweden.
I share all your feelings. I got out yesterday and planted some bare root plants in pots. I just couldn't stand it anymore and needed to feel that dirt on my hands. I just moved into a new home this winter and I have the entire backyard to look forward to planting, and a new greenhouse going in. It is so....... hard to wait, but will be worth it in the long run.
please give time me:-
to me :-)
