I bought one of the Snowbanks from Mainfrog (Joe) when he made the offer for 10.00 plus postage.
Well it arrived today and to my horror it was damaged in shipping...out of the pot, nearly dry and broken in 2 pieces..I contacted him immediatly just in case he had shipped others the same way.
He apologized most sincerely and has already sent out another plant to me..the very same day...no questions asked..
He stands by his word that we will be satisfied and get a plant in the best condition possiable......WOW
I hope you will keep him in mine when you need plants and look over what he has.....
Just wanted you to know what a great person we have with us....I am soooo impressed with the way he does business....

He is Mainfrog here at Daves. I found him through Kauffman when she bid on a Snowbank on e-bay. I wouldn't bid against her even though she didn't win the auction. She contacted him and he made her and offer and and extended it to all Dave's Garden members....So knowing I was going to bid on one she contacted me right away and we just kinda went from there.

Dee, that's great to hear such good customer service. But, stick those twigs into a glass of water, and you might be surprised! I would expect they might re-hydrate, and root for you in a week's time!

I received a snowbank from Mainfrog last Summer. It arrived in great shape and is still going strong.
I just ordered one from Joe. I puchased from him last year and was very pleased with the plant.
I just received my Snowbank from Joe yesterday. It looks very healthy. I'm putting it in my kitchen window until the weather warms up and then will move it to a semi-shaded spot. I think our summers are just too hot for this variety. Someone let me know what you think.
Just wanted yall to know I got the replacement plant in todays mail...it is just perfect..... I am not use to this kind of wonderful Customer Service..Thanks Joe I am soooo happy and I know I am going to Love this one....
