Donna,

I have a tall Maroon Salvia, don't know the name. I got
it from that place on Courthouse Rd. Lydia's Birds & Butterfly (now closed). Just pray it is still alive in large pot in the
shed, if it makes it I will root you some. Hummers & Butterflies
love it.

Hey Donna,

I have a few seeds of blue sage. Last year it grew to about 5'x5' - gorgeous, the hummers and bees loved it. Check out this link - only I don't think mine are black and blue - just blue. I got the plant from an 80 year old gardening friend I met through the Market Bulletin. She got it from Callaway Gardens. You are welcome to the seeds if you want them.

Donna,

The wind blew away my mountain sage seeds I had drying last summer. If you still need some at the end of next season, let me know, as I'll gather more and bring them in the house this time. Do they come in more than one color? Mine are purplish blue spikes. I love them!

Gretchen how much is the regla?? I gotta have at least one. You could remove some of the soil and wrap in damp paper towel covered with saran wrap.

Plantnutz I want them very much. Want me to send SASE to you??

Karrie sorry about the loss but it happens. DH knocked over a tray that had several types of tiny seed drying. No way to save them.

Austell, GA(Zone 7a)

Donna,

Just email your addy!! As generous as you have been to me, my treat.

Also have division of the blue like Karrie20x has. I can send the blue now with your A. Fibrata. I you want just let me know if these will work for you. BTW. Here is a photo of your baby yellow butterfly...there are two in this cup. I'm hoping I can send them in a few weeks.

FJ -- not being critical, but trying to be helpful...you might want to drain some of the water out of your seedling cup or you could lose it to rot. They should be kept moist, but not wet... Hope that's helpful to you :)

Hot Springs, AR(Zone 7b)

Hi Kaufmann,

I had just watered them when I took the picture. I should have waited until the waters drained out but I was anxious to have Donna see these babies. It took me well over a month to get the seeds to germinated using the paper towel method. Now that they are actually in pots with soil they are on the home stretch. Thanks for the help.

Stockton, CA(Zone 9a)

Hi Donna,
I have Coral Nymph & Blue Bedder mix that you can have for SASE if you would like them. I know they are probably not as tall as you want, but they are lovely & I have enough to share. Just email me if you want them.
Donna

GOD's Green Earth, United States(Zone 8b)

Donna: Here's what I have: Please let me know how you want to handle the shipping. I could not remember when I got there if you wanted the Russian Sage. No problem, I can always use it in my garden :) Gretchen

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Gretchen it is a vine MareCC was sharing. This is what the dried flower looks like

Hot Springs, AR(Zone 7b)

I'll get a box out to you on Saturday with everything I have ready for you. I really enjoyed working with the butterfly seeds. I can't wait for them to grow some more so I can get them over to you. They are going to make it, they are going to make it, they are...well you get the chant.

Enjoy,

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Oh Noooooooooooo!!! Pleae don't. It will be 28 by Sunday moring here. This stinks. We have the a/c on again and it is 68 outside right now at 12:30 a.m.. It will 38 by Saturday morning then down to 28 for Sunday morning.

Franklin, LA(Zone 9b)

i dont have any seeds...
but i've got some salvia elegans baby plants that i could probably send you a couple of
the mother plant is taller than me.. and i'm 5'2" tall..
if you're interested in that i could probably obtain a couple of them for you
they're growing in a friend of mine's yard.. but the mother plant came from me, and she told me i can feel free to take all the babies i want because they're running rampant in her flower bed.. lol
i've got a salvia elegans in my yard too.. but it's in a large pot, and not being prolific like hers is
:)

Kim

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Miss Kitty is that the pineapple sage?? I have it but you can bring me a another piece to the FL roundup if you come. I love the smell. I only got it a few months ago and it is about a foot or more tall. If you have access to all the babies you should pot them up for the Round up to share or for other personal trades. Everyone loves this one.

Biloxi, MS(Zone 8b)

Donna,
I have Salvia Limelight that I have been saving for you. It is from a cutting and is about 14" tall and is trying to bloom! Also, I have ocampo seeds if you are interested. I have several other cuttings and seedlings that I was planning to share with you.
Charla

Donna,

Still need the Salvia azurea? I have some I can share/trade....

Joseph

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Sure Joseph. I would love some. Remind me in spring and we will make the trade. I am not sure what I have available for trade right now. Can't get to anything in the GH, it is so packed.

I'll try to remember, Donna.
