WOW! I've never seen such a large group of these plants. I bought one years ago and it has never bloomed since. I looked up what to do and one source said to give it fish emulsion. So I did. I think maybe I see a bloom down inside the cup now. It has been a year since I started the treatment. I hope it's not a leaf, it does look different than the leaves do. I have gotten lots of the pups, but never any flowers. (Inland So. California.....temps vary from one or two freezes in the winter to over 100 degrees in the summer).

I just Bought this plant a few days ago. i saw it and i was amazed at how different it looked. I just moved into my new house 4 months ago, and now that the weather is finally warming up a bit, i cant wait to get more flowers and plants. Is this plant strictly indoors ? or can i put this into a pot and place it outside on my porch! When the sun rises is when my front porch gets the sun. but i think when the trees bloom there will be more shade. I dont know alot about this plant, or any other plant/flower so any tips and suggestion on how to maintain and keep this plant alive would greatly help me! Thanks!

My urn did bloom several years ago after giving it fish emulsion. I need to do the treatment again, because it hasn't bloomed since. I have gotten a few new shoots...and a tiny frog likes to sit in the middle of one of the urns...sits there day after day!

This plant has got to be one of the most architecturally amazing and artistically splendid specimens ever to behold. Unbelievably amazing! I can't believe it is real.

blooming is the end of the plant, so careful what you wish for.
