Requesting Pork Roast Recipe

SLEDDER Pittsburgh, PA(Zone 6a) Feb 02, 2004

DH bought a piece of fresh pork roast before the holiday and put it in the freezer. The other day he pulled it out so I'm in a quandry. Can I put it in my crock pot to cook all day? And what spices?
