I'd be interested to know if any of you exercise using a rebounder. We have one and think it is the most amazing fun way to exercise. I put it on the deck, listen to some wonderful music with a good beat and just "dance" away. One half an hour most days, and I feel so wonderful. I go to Curves three mornings a week with a whole bunch of neighbors-- we have such a good time there too.
Google has a lot of information about exercising with the rebounder,if half of it's true it would be so worthwile for everyone.
