Hope this finds all of you safe and warm. I feel like I'm in a prison. It's risky just to fill the bird feeders. Solid ice. I did weight lifting yesterday along with taebo and will do a longer taebo tape today. I've been doing good with water. This cold dark weather makes me want to eat anything that isn't nailed down. Have a GREAT day everyone. We miss you Sandra and hope your job interview is going well!
