To make a long story short, I was idly cliking on icons while talking with my brother on the telephone.

I clicked on Norton Firewall icon (introductory offer) which proceed to load and install. The end result was that my computer was practically disabled.

Fortunately, I could take it to Best Buy to get it cleaned up, and now I am back in business. My router serves as a firewall, and Norton's little number has been deleted.

The computer service gratuitously added the above mentioned software. Has anyone had experience with this?
