Gastroparesis, Anyone here on a low-fat, low-fiber diet?

Denver, CO(Zone 6a)

Hi,
Due to a gastrointestinal disease (gastroparesis) I am now on a low-fat, low-fiber diet. That means no raw vegetables (too much fiber), no high fat dairy products, no citrus and little red meat. Just wanted to see if anyone here is on this type of diet and if they are how are they doing?

I must say that I am losing weight but it is horrible and painful way - If I eat the wrong things, say a glass of milk, or a hamburger, I get a headache, followed by pain in the stomach, extreme nausea then vomiting. Of course just thinking about these effects shuts down any cravings but still.... It's like having the stomach flu all the time!

Anyone else have any suggestions on foods that taste good with very little fat and little fiber?

Thanks,
Mobi
