Has anyone seen this show? The premise is that they test several ways to cook things and then show the best one. For instance, they always brine a turkey and then bake it upside down. The breast doesn't overcook and stays moist this way. It's a fascinating show and needs a lot more watchers to stay on the air. It is on PBS stations, so you'll have to check your regional TV Guide to find it.
