A local store just went out of business and we bought a bunch of Michelina's and Budget Gourmet low-cal dinners on clearance. It's been such a treat having a great variety of pre-measured servings handy to heat up this last week (especially when I didn't feel like doing any real cooking).
Howie and I are back trying to eat healthfully and lose weight, so it's been great in helping us stay on track.
I like making soups and beans, then freezing them in portion-sized containers, but they get kind of old after a while. I'd like to have more of a variety with my homemade frozen dinners. Does anyone have suggestions for fairly simple, but tasty entrees I could adapt for freezing?
I've been looking at some of the OAMC sites, but would like your input, oh favored DG chefs!
