I am doing ok, on the subject of not eating food if you don't know what is in it, there was some guy who was taking regular donuts and repacking them as diet donuts with only 135 calories each, but they really had about 800 calories each. He was actually sent to prison over this, but I think beheading would have been more proper punishment. This just goes to say, if there is something and you are not sure about the calories, it is probably worse then you think. If it was low calorie, they normally point this out, but if not then they try to hide the calories by making the servings really small.
