Question on the seeds: How long does it take to get these plants going when starting from seeds rather than cuttings?

I have had them start to sprout in 2 days, then others have taken about a month, I think it all kind of just depends. :o)
No, I mean, I've seen the pics of these very tall plants that look like trees. How long, from seeds, vs. cuttings does it take to get to the tree stage?
Don't be surprised if seeds started now are 6' blooming plants by summers end. :)
