Good Morning all! The good news is I lost the 4 pounds I picked up last week. Still not sure what that was all about. The bad news is, I ate anything that wasn't nailed down yesterday. I get so discouraged when I have days like that. I haven't done a lot of my fitness stuff this week BUT I have done lots of hill walking and constant physical movement. Hope everyone had a GREAT week and that you have big losses to report!
