I added Windows XP to my computer 3 or 4 months ago. At first I had a lot of automatic updates show up on my tool bar. I haven't had any in a long while and am wondering if I can go somewhere to check to be sure that I will continue to get the needed updates.

And the same thing applies to AVG antivirus, I haven't had an update lately.

Is the my google toolbar preventing these popups?
