Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

The sun has just come out a little and it's up to 10! This morning it was -13 out on the shed, and as I've said before, we're up on the hill where its warm. I have been wearing my quilting gloves up here - not to type, but just about everything else. My hands are blue and although I haven't been outside at all, my fingers are cracking.

Stan is still waiting for the new feed cart. It got stranded on the truck somewhere in eastern Pennsylvania. Maybe tomorrow. He's out cleaning out driveways right now - three layers of clothes and Carhart coveralls, a hat, gloves, leather mittens and a scarf. Have you all seen A Christmas Story? He said he feels like the little boy in that movie - if he falls over he won't be able to get back up! The two calves are much better, although one is still wearing its blanky.

KathyJo, did you get my email about the rhubarb?

Guess I'll finish up and put my gloves back on!
Keep warm, or cool, as the case may be!
