I joined DG within the last two weeks and have been busy reading all the forums and information on gardening. How nice to be able to post something and not worry that if you happened to put it in the wrong forum you will get a warning e-mail.The people here are so friendly and helpful and make the newbies feel so welcome that I'm sure I'm going to love it here.I'm also sure that DG is going to grow by leaps and bounds. What wonderful forums Dave. Seems like you have just about everything covered.
Hi Everyone
Welcome snowhermit! Post away and don't worry about making a mistake. I do move forums to different forums at times, but only to maximize the exposure your thread will receive. I also E-mail you a friendly note whenever I move a thread, just to let you know where the thread has been moved to.
Again, Welcome!
Dave

Welcome to DG Snowhermit! You must like cold weather to choose your nickname, and live in Zone 4; hope your warm summer weather shows up soon! Happy gardening at DG!
Welcome, snowhermit! I hope you will enjoy DG as much as I do! I LOVE it here!!!!
and a suggestion... on your preferences page, why not list your location, or at least zone? It will make it easier for the rest of us when you have plant trades!
