made the best catfish tonight...

took cornmeal and paprika and parsley
added good seasons regular dressing powder
mix together.

put it on the catfish to cover completely

heat vegetable oil to 400
cook catfish 5 minutes
drain on paper towels

scarf like a starving person

:)

serve with corn and cole slaw
