I know I'm being a real pest but having a dickens of a time getting my puter back in shape.
I use scan disk to upload my digital pictures from my camera. Well after having to have my puter reset I was installing the software & something didn't look right (but found out it was) I canceled & was gonna start over. Well I now don't get a wizard to do that. I have tried add & delete with no success. It only takes me to a place to test & see if I had USB which I do. Without this my camera is no good to me as in moving & all I don't have the cables to the camera so there is no other way to upload the pictures that I know of.
I hope someone can maybe help. I have never had so many problems getting a puter up & running..
