Does anyone have a good place on the web or know of any good books that will have Diet Plan for Diabetics? I am a bad diabetic and really need help getting this under control. My goal is to get off of my medication as I have no insurance and the medications are very expensive. Of course, this involves weight loss, but with my diabetes a regular diet for one does not work well for me.
