I'm looking for colored calla lilies other than pink.

Wanted: Colored calla lilies
Believe it or not, both Home Depot and walmart have purple and yellow ones. All I have are Green Goddess, and two different types of white. I bought them from Home depot a few years ago, and they bloomed the first year I planted them.
Have you successfully germinated the seeds? I have white and pink seeds and I'm wondering how best to germinate. They look like corn in the hulls.
I've never germinated the seeds, sorry I can't help there. Spacecowgirl, I'm so anxiously waiting walmart's bulbs, their not out yet. I looked at lowes but their bulbs don't come out til the 27th of this month, I'm trying to work on gettng a fix before then, LOL I'm gonna have to grit my teeth and just sit back and wait for walmart, I'd so love to get a hold of some colored ones, other than pink. LOL I've been wanting green goddess for a while, I've never seen them for sale at walmart, you must have a pretty good walmart LOL

Seeds are not hard to grow out, but you'll have to wait a bit for size and blooms. Just peel them and push them into the soil. I kept mine moist and under lights. I don't remember how long they took to come up but I don't think it was long.
Once the bulbs are out, calla should be fairly easy to find. Locally, choices are Home Depot, Lowes, Kmart, Franks and just about any nursery, but their prices are usually higher.
Thanks a whole lot, Spacecowgirl! ;-) I went to HD looking for the calla lilies and what did I find? Only 2 different kinds of hydrangeas. Both are mopheads. One is basically green with a bit of blue on it. Gorgeous! The other begins green, and the center is pink. Then the green turns white. Both are bi-color (and at time tri-color with the green, pink, and white).
I have tons of hydrangeas (including Penny Mac), but these are so wonderful. Now, if I can only keep them alive...

I have gone to 4 HD and 1 Walmart and found no calla lilies. Which one had them? Were they plants or croms?
They must not be out here yet. I'll keep an eye open, mom bought hers in Texas. I've usually found mine at Walmart before, and a few at home depot.
It may still be just a bit early. Do your stores have other bulbs/tubers/rhizomes in yet? Around here the callas are usually in plastic type bags with the cardboard picture sleeve on them so they stand or hang. The usual price for them is about $5-7 for three. Good luck.
I haven't really looked yet, will probably go this weekend.
our walmart doesn't have bulbs out yet. and our lowes said they would n't have bulbs out til the 27th, so I've stopped looking for now, untill then anyway.
