I hate killing a seedling and was going to let them die a natural death. Do you know how long that takes?
How Long Do The White Seedlings Live?
My pure white daylily seedling made it about six weeks under lights. I know it would not have had a chance in the sun, and I am doubtful it would have survived in the shade. Maybe a white Brug could put out some green variegation and survive in a shaded situation? How old are yours now?
They are about three weeks.
Isn't it sad to see them sprout all white like that? It makes me feel like I did something wrong! LOL If they are not in your way, you can always just leave them go and see what happens.
I don't know what happened to the six Maya X ? seedlings that I grew from seed, but today Cottosnag was here and she has one of them. My six seeds all came up green. Kyle saved the seeds for me when he took the plant home with him and it had pods on it.
So far, mine have all been white, lived maybe two weeks, just start drying up, not growing any. Thought I had one green one, it didn't do any better, got real pale and dried up.

I gave mine away as small plants at our Roundup. I have to assume that Kyle didn't mix up the seed. It will be interesting to see if Cheryl gets hers to bloom this summer. If it doesn't, it won't be from lack of trying. She is now brug addicted. I know she doesn't post much here, but she is learning from all the threads. I hope she will stop in and start chatting with us soon.
