This plant is everywhere here. They must have them in Florida. you're in 10 ,your local nursery should have it. It is evergreen shrub.Look in the Sunset Western Garden Book page 633.

Here is mine. However, for some reason my camera wants it to look blue and it isn't. It is exactly the same color as the ones pictured above. I love this plant. It really is a heavy bloomer and rarely without bloom.

Do you bring it in for winter? How ,if you do, does it get enough to grow.I would like to have it cover my part of my fence, but I think I will containerize it.That way I can move it for the most effect.Look at the Monterey Bay Nursery site for other great pics.Monterey.

I bring mine in for the winter. It is in the basement at about 55 degrees, maybe a little warmer and under lights. It's putting on new leaves right now. I know it would get much bigger if I put it in the ground, but I seem to kill things when I have to dig them up for winter storage and just carrying a pot to the basement doesn't seem to stress the plant as much. LOL
