Fertilizing Bulbs

I have several spring bulbs just showing now. One daffodil is almost about to bloom. Should I fertilize them now or wait? If yes, is 10-10-10 okay or is there a better one?

My Rijnveld's Early Sensation is blooming.....brrrrrr is what it said, but she's awfully pretty looking in this cold weather.

I feed my bulbs 10-10-10 when I feed the lawn and I do that 3 times a year. First time after the frost is over, then when most flowers have bloomed and one time in September.

Bulb growers here recommend Rose fertiliser which I think is high in Potash. Apply it when new growth first appears
